Gas pipes, Halloween, and cat poop.

So, it has been a while but I had a major M.K. (missionary kid) moment this week. While cooking dinner on our gas stove the other night I was having issues getting it to start, I found Scott and informed him that we were out of gas and needed a new tank. Amused, he informed me that in America there are pipes that run into your house with gas so that you never run out. Isn’t that something?

Halloween was fabulous…we had Nana over for some tomato soup with ghosts floating in it. Even Auntie Krista came up for a visit! Between our candy and Nana’s we had 6 bags…they were gone by 8:0o! The doorbell rang so many times there was no point in sitting back down after you answered it.

What an expression!

Scary pumpkin carved by Nana!

I got some plants as a gift…I had fun re-potting them in the backyard. I took Liam out in his swing to enjoy some fresh air. I was so proud of my little plants, the next morning I ran to check on them and make sure they were still there…a cat had gotten into one of the pots and POOPED!!!!! It did not even have the decency to cover it up. I just mixed it in the soil….it should be good for the plant…a little extra nourishment.
